An avocado a day keeps the doctor away, right? We think so!! Getting creative with your favorite Keto foods is KEY to forever enjoying them, especially avocados! Using avocados as a vessel other delicious foods is out latest concoction!



Keto / low carb avocado breakfast bowl recipe
Avocado Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:

4 slices thick cut Bacon 2 Free Range Eggs 1 tbsp grass fed butter Splash of half and half Salt + pepper to taste 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 whole Avocado sliced in half, remove peel and pit



Instructions
1. Melt butter in frying pan 2. Whisk together eggs, half n half, and salt + pepper 3. Add eggs to the pan and stir as they scramble 4. Fry bacon in separate pan 5. Once cooked, crumble into pieces 6. Add meat and cheese to scrambled eggs 7. Scoop out portion of inside of avocado creating a “bowl” 8. Fill with egg/meat mixture 9. Top with more cheese and meat crumbles.
