Beef Broccoli in Alfredo Sauce

When it comes to keeping it simple, beef and broccoli is an easy choice for keeping your meal keto / low carb. This is a simple to make family favorite.




INGREDIENTS:

  • Ground beef

  • Broccoli

  • Alfredo sauce (RAO's / Homemade)


Homemade Alfredo sauce:


  • 2 Tbsp. of butter

  • 2 oz. of cream cheese

  • 1 pt. of heavy whipping cream

  • garlic powder and onion powder to taste

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese



INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Brown and season some ground beef

  2. Steam some broccoli

  3. Pour Alfredo sauce on the top - either make yours or Rao’s has some yummy Alfredo!


Homemade Alfredo Sauce:


  1. Use 2 Tbsp. of butter, 2 oz. of cream cheese and 1 pt. of heavy whipping cream, mix that together over medium heat until melted.

  2. Add in some garlic powder and onion powder to taste.

  3. Add a dash or two of salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Add about a 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and mix together.

  5. You can add more Parmesan if you’d like it thicker but it will thicken the longer it cooks.
