Ingredients
•3 Chicken breasts
•6 cups Broccoli Florets
•5-6 slices of Bacon cooked drained and chopped
•1/2 cup Heavy cream
•1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
•1 cup of mozzarella Cheese
•Salt and pepper to taste
•3 cloves of Garlic minced
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Chop chicken breast into chunks and sauté in an oven-safe pan with avocado oil until slightly browned. Then you can remove from the pan
3. Cook the broccoli and garlic in the same pan. Stirring until tender.
4. Add the cooked chicken, cooked bacon, cheese, and heavy whipping cream back into pan. Place the pan into the oven until it starts to bubble. This may take 10-15 minutes.
