Family size low carb meal for the morning. Try out these Low Carb Breakfast Burritos.


Breakfast Burrito Ingredients:


  • 1 Package of ground breakfast sausage (we prefer hot)

  • 1 Can Rotel

  • 1/4 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 1 Dozen of Eggs

  • 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

  • Low Carb tortillas

  • Salsa


Breakfast Burrito Directions:

  • Start by browning sausage in a skillet, adding in the can of Rotel, and then cooking until the juice is gone.

  • In a separate bowl whisk the eggs and the quarter cup of heavy whipping cream.

  • Add egg mixture to sausage and Rotel.

  • Scramble eggs and top with cheese.

  • Place in a tortilla, enjoy with your favorite low carb/low sugar salsa.
