Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 tbsp chili powder
¾ tsp cumin
¼ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
4 oz tomato sauce
3 halved avocados
¼ cup cherry tomatoes sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup shredded lettuce
Here are some additional toppings you can add on:
Cilantro
Sour cream
Instructions
*Cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
*Drain the grease and add the seasonings and the tomato sauce then mix.
*While that sits, remove the pit from the avocados.
*Fill the avocado with the taco meat.
*Add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and cilantro.
